H&J has entered into a partnership with Reading Rep Theatre to be one of two founding corporate sponsors. On 31 October 2023 launched its corporate partnership scheme with H&J in attendance alongside Reading Rep's other founding corporate partner, Ernst & Young. The launch night was also attended by the charity's royal patron, HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.

While we are still working with counsel to formulate our position (and the arguments in support of that position), our current intention is to propose at least two potential ‘Relevant Dates’ as set out in this statement.
